By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Our products, specifically pet furniture and cat trees, are intended for legal use only. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Note: All payment processing is handled exclusively through PayPal. We do not store or process sensitive financial data on our servers.

SECTION 3 - PRICE TRANSPARENCY AND TAXES

Zoiazoo operates on a "Total Price Transparency" policy to ensure no hidden costs for our customers.

All-Inclusive Pricing: The price displayed on the product page is the final price you will pay.
Sales Tax: All applicable sales taxes are already included in the listed price. No additional tax will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Fees: We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
No Hidden Fees: There are no restocking fees, handling fees, or hidden surcharges.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Our cat trees are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, although we strive for the highest quality.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Payment: We currently accept PayPal only. Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped. We do not offer installment plans.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our shipping commitment is strictly aligned with our Shipping Policy:

Order Cut-off Time: 18:00 (GMT+8), Monday to Friday.
Order Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 5 - 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Zoiazoo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will, however, assist customers in filing claims for items lost or damaged during transit.

SECTION 8 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, a full refund will be issued immediately to your PayPal account.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Han Yu Yun Gu Ke Ji Shang Mao Co., Ltd. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
