1. SHIPPING COST
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across the entire United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all domestic territories.
- No Hidden Charges: The price you see on the product page is the final price. There are no additional shipping fees, handling fees, or hidden surcharges at checkout.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship exclusively to the United States.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIME
Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 5 - 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 13 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. SHIPPING ORIGIN & CARRIERS
- Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Shanghai, China.
- Carriers: We partner with reliable international and domestic carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered promptly.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Zoiazoo provides a "Hassle-Free" shipping experience:
- Taxes Included: All applicable sales taxes are included in the product price.
- No Customs Fees: For orders shipped to the United States, Han Yu Yun Gu Ke Ji Shang Mao Co., Ltd. covers all customs duties and import taxes. Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
7. WRONG ADDRESS & ORDER CANCELLATION
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Changes/Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@zoiazoo.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has entered the handling stage (after 1-2 days), we may not be able to cancel it.
8. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
We take great pride in our packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us at info@zoiazoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
9. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier operational issues.
