• Quality Control: Every item undergoes a manual quality inspection at our facility in Shanghai prior to dispatch.

Inventory and Fulfillment Model

To ensure absolute transparency for our customers and Google Merchant Center:

• Direct Inventory:  maintains full ownership of all inventory. We do not engage in third-party dropshipping.
• Shipping Origin: Orders are packaged and shipped directly from our central warehouse in Shanghai, China.
• Carrier Partners: We utilize UPS, FedEx, and DHL for final delivery to the United States, providing real-time tracking for every transaction.

Customer-Centric Policies

• Price Transparency: The price listed on each product page includes all shipping costs and sales taxes within the United States. There are no hidden fees or restocking charges.
• Payment Security: We exclusively use PayPal for secure transaction processing. Our company does not have access to, nor do we store, any customer credit card information.
