1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept only one method of payment:

PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal balance or any credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account.

Please note: We do not accept direct credit card entries on our site, bank transfers, money orders, or cash on delivery.

2. BILLING PROCESS

Immediate Authorization: Your payment will be authorized and charged in full at the time you place your order.

Taxes and Shipping: All applicable sales taxes and shipping costs within the United States are included in the product price.
No Hidden Fees: You will not be charged any additional handling fees, restocking fees, or surcharges during the checkout process.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon successful payment via PayPal, you will receive an automated order confirmation email from Zoiazoo containing your order details. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@zoiazoo.com.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to a standard fraud screening process. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or is flagged by PayPal’s security filters. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
